Your comments are important to us. NBHC Whiting Field utilizes two patient satisfaction tools: (1) Joint Outpatient Experience Survey (JOES) that is mailed to a portion of our patients seen in the clinic and (2) Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE). Patients are at the very center of every decision made regarding their health care in the Primary Care Medical Homeport (PCMH) model. Your PCMH multidisciplinary team is made up of health care providers (Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, Physicians Assistant), nurses, corpsmen, and support staff dedicated to providing all aspects of your health care in a personalized, patient-centered way. We also have embedded specialists for Behavioral Health and Pharmacy who work with your PCMs. The team’s goal is to work together with you to provide timely and quality health care. We strive to help you with same day access to care with your PCM when needed or with another team provider. Engage in your health care management using the following tools to get the most out of the PCMH experience:
Secure Messaging: Ask questions directly to your PCMH team – on your schedule!
Follow-up on lab results, request medication prescription rewrites, ask on special appointment needs, or other non-urgent or non-emergent needs by using Secure Messaging. We reply to every message within eight business hours. Register Here. Each patient must be registered separately. If you’re already registered and have recently changed PCM or MTF, please request to be changed and accepted by our clinic.
