- Chaplain
  Pastoral Care nurtures the spiritual health of patients and staff. We provide grief counseling, religious resources, worship opportunities, educational programs, referral information and crisis intervention. We have a Chapel at the hospital that is available 24/7 as a reflective space for meditation or prayer.

- Credentialing

- Customer Relations
  The Customer Relations Office ensures that patient care is delivered in a professional and courteous manner, respecting the dignity and rights of our patients and staff. We manage the Customer Relations Program which is designed to assist our staff and patients by providing a positive approach to resolving concerns, forwarding suggestions, and routing compliments.
  
  Each clinic and branch clinic have designated Department Customer Relations Representatives (DCRR). DCRR photographs and contact information are prominently displayed within the clinical space. The DCRR is the patient's point of contact if a patient has a concern that cannot be resolved during the patient's initial contact with a staff member. DCRRs are to make every effort to resolve the concern at the department level. Patient concerns unable to be resolved within the department are forwarded to the Customer Relations Office for resolution at the appropriate command level.

- Health Benefits Office
  The Health Benefits Office is available to assist beneficiaries with questions about benefits or eligibility for care. The Health Benefits Office is located on the 1st Floor of the outpatient clinic of NHP (near the elevators) and is open Monday -Friday 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Closed from 11:30 am to 12:00 pm for lunch. Closed Wednesday afternoons from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. for training.

  Military medical records are, by law, the property of the U.S. government and must remain in our facilities at ll times. You may request a copy of your medical record or have your record transferred by visiting the Medical Records Department. Please allow two to three weeks for copies. If you are separating or retiring, please allow six to eight weeks.
