Lab Services:
Phlebotomy walk-in Monday-Friday 7 a.m. – 4 p.m.
NOTE:
- We have resumed the performance of outside provider orders for all beneficiaries effective 01 November 2023. Please be advised, that outside orders may take 30 – 60 minutes to be entered into the system. Laboratory orders may also be faxed to 850-505-6209. Please also note that outside provider order results will not be automatically sent to your outside ordering provider. Results can be obtained from the MHS Patient portal or by visiting Medical Records.
- Orders are only good for 60 days from the date they are placed by an authorized provider with the exception of standing orders or scheduled future orders.
- QuantiFERON and Allergen testing are ONLY able to be collected Monday- Thursday before 2pm due to shipping requirements.
- No Glucose Tolerance testing after 3 p.m.
