Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Immunizations

Influenza Vaccine

Naval Hospital Pensacola (NHP) has the Influenza vaccine seasonally for beneficiaries.

NHP Immunization Clinic hours are      Mon., Tue., Thu., Fri
0800-1140 Lunch 1300 - 1540
Wed. - 0800 – 1300
Closed Federal Holidays and Weekends

Immunizations, including travel immunization services, are provided for all eligible DEERS enrolled beneficiaries.

Vaccines required for employment are provided for government civilian and contract employees of NHP and the Branch Health clinics (BHCs).

Patients of all ages are provided care to include infants, children, adolescents, and adults. Regional Immunization services for Active Duty and Reserve units are also provided by the core facility via vaccination teams.

Immunization care is provided as a walk-in service.

Vaccinations are provided based on DHA standing orders, adhering to the CDC general best practice guidelines.
