Women's Health refers to comprehensive women’s health care as well as health issues that are unique to women, including:
- Pregnancy
- Menopause
- Conditions of the Female Organs
Be sure to get early and regular prenatal care to ensure you have a healthy pregnancy. You should also get recommended breast cancer, cervical cancer, and bone density screenings.
Our goal is to ensure the health and readiness of all women at every stage of life.
Women’s Health Services
Welcome to the Comprehensive Women’s Health Center (CWHC) at Naval Hospital Pensacola. The CWHC is an all-inclusive clinic for women that focuses on the health care needs of women of all ages. The clinic is open Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m., and can be contacted at 850-505-6287.
*Requires a referral from your PCM.
Services the CWHC provide include:
- Evaluation and Treatment of Menstrual Bleeding Disorders
- Evaluation for hormone replacement
- Sexual Health Counseling
- Contraceptive Care
- Pelvic Pain
- Sexually Transmitted Diseases
- Yearly Gynecological Preventive Health
- Onsite Radiological Services
Our walk-in contraceptive clinic provides same-day counseling and treatment. The CWHC also provides outpatient surgeries for some hysterectomies, laparoscopic and hysteroscopic procedures, as well as vaginal surgeries2, including labiaplasties and perineoplasties.

Choosing an OB Provider
Patients are referred to a network OB/GYN for prenatal care. Please contact your PCM in Family medicine to obtain a referral.

TRICARE Covered Services
TRICARE covers well-woman exams annually for women under age 65 with no cost-share or copayment. TRICARE offers coverage for many women’s health services, including:
