- Contraception Counseling
- Prescription of OCP, hormonal patches, and hormonal vaginal rings
- Natural family planning
- Same-day insertion of IUDs and Nexplanon (if pregnancy is ruled out)
- Emergency Contraception
- Depo-Provera Injections
How it Works
This service is provided on a first-come, first-serve basis for active duty. All patients will be expected to provide a urine sample for a pregnancy test.

Q: When is the Walk-In Contraceptive Clinic held?
A: The WICC is held each Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Women's Health Clinic for active duty.
Q: How long does it take to be seen?
A: We're a walk-in clinic and provide care on a first-come, first-served basis. The wait time to be seen varies each week.
Q: What contraceptive option will I be offered?
A: We have multiple contraceptive options available. When meeting with the WICC provider, you'll receive counseling and education on the options available. Together, you and your provider will decide on the best option for you.
Q: Why do you only see active duty at the WICC?
A: At this time, staffing doesn't give us the ability to see family members. We are continually reassessing staffing levels and will open up to all beneficiaries when possible.
