Beginning March 3, 2026, the Main Gate to Naval Hospital Pensacola will remain closed until further notice. Access to the hospital must be obtained via Corry Station and then through the back gate (gate 10). Please be advised that access to Military installations and facilities will require 100% DBIDs verification. This means ALL personnel attempting to gain access must have a valid VA, Retiree, dependent, DBIDs or CAC card. If attempting to gain access without the proper authorization, personnel can obtain a day pass by visiting the Visitor’s Center on NAS and requesting access with a REAL-ID. Please review the attached map for directions to the Hospital via gate 10 and allow yourself an additional 30 minutes of travel time to avoid delays in care.

MHS GENESIS Patient Portal

The MHS GENESIS Patient Portal is a secure patient portal, available 24/7, that gives you access to your MHS electronic health record and lets you interact securely with your health care team. Through the portal, you can:

  • View and download your health data.
  • Book or cancel appointments.
  • Request prescription refills and renewals.
  • View clinical notes and certain lab and test results.
  • Exchange secure messages with your health care team.
  • Complete a pre-visit questionnaire.
  • Look up health information related to your health concerns, results, and prescriptions.

Getting Started

Log in with a Common Access Card or DS Logon account.

If you need to access the patient portal for someone else because you’re a health care agent, legal guardian, or special guardian, you first need to be certified as a surrogate. Learn more about surrogacy access to the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal.
