Beginning March 3, 2026, the Main Gate to Naval Hospital Pensacola will remain closed until further notice. Access to the hospital must be obtained via Corry Station and then through the back gate (gate 10). Please be advised that access to Military installations and facilities will require 100% DBIDs verification. This means ALL personnel attempting to gain access must have a valid VA, Retiree, dependent, DBIDs or CAC card. If attempting to gain access without the proper authorization, personnel can obtain a day pass by visiting the Visitor’s Center on NAS and requesting access with a REAL-ID. Please review the attached map for directions to the Hospital via gate 10 and allow yourself an additional 30 minutes of travel time to avoid delays in care.

Step 1:

Visit https://web.mail.mil/

Authenticate your access 

 Step 3: 

Click the Outlook Web Access Link (Hint: Add this link to your favorites for future use by clicking the 'Add to Favorites button)

Step 4:

Once you're logged in, click 'Options,' then 'See All Options..' on the right side of the screen.




Step 5:

Click 'Groups' in the left hand column under Account.
 

Step 6:

In the list on the left, double click on the group you want to be removed from and click 'Leave' on the bottom right of the dialog box.


*Hint: The list on the right are groups you own. If you would like to add people to groups you own, you can do so there.
